To purchase a single-user licence of Liquid Ledger, simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once you fill in your delivery and payment information and submit your order, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within minutes. For end-user sales, you will also receive instructions by e-mail for downloading and installing your copy of Liquid Ledger. If you elected to purchase the product on CD-ROM, your order will be shipped once payment is received.
The Modeless Online Store currently accepts VISA and MasterCard. If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, your order will be shipped once payment is received.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your billing address and the type of delivery service you choose. Standard delivery is by regular postal mail, however expedited shipping options may be available depending on the region in which you live.
Delivery dates for each shipping method are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In addition, 1-2 business days of lead time are required to package and ship your order.
Products purchased from The Modeless Online Store include sales taxes where appropriate based on the shipping address specified with your order. Orders within Canada are subject to 7% GST and orders within Ontario are subject to 8% PST. These amounts will be itemised separately on your invoice. Orders shipped outside Canada are not subject to sales tax.
Modeless Software, Inc. does not accept returns on software products. However, you can request a free 60-day trial version of Liquid Ledger to evaluate the software prior to purchase. To request the free trial version, simply fill out the request form on the Liquid Ledger Web site at www.liquidledger.com/trial.
In special circumstances, you can request to have an order cancelled providing that it has not yet been shipped. A 15% administrative fee will apply. Please contact us for more information.
